Getting tokens created: 7 blockchain agencies for companies in Germany

Updated: October 9, 2026
Published: 9th October 2026
  • Seven blockchain agencies in the editorial comparison: We have classified seven service providers that implement tokens and tokenization projects for companies in Germany based on six criteria. For each of them, we list their strengths, weaknesses, location, and entry price, so that you can quickly find the right agency.
  • For German companies with funding goals: Munich-based token creator is aimed at tokenization projects worth €1 million and provides advice in German. Those who need token plus app or platform in German can find it at the sister brand Blockchain Faktor.
  • What a token project costs: According to Nextelligentia, a simple token contract costs around 3,000 to 8,000 $; an audit costs around 5,000 to 20,000 $. According to the providers, agency packages start at around 5,000 $ (TokenMinds) or €25,000 setup (Token Creator).
  • When a whitepaper is mandatory: Anyone who publicly offers a token must submit a cryptocurrency whitepaper to the BaFin at least 20 working days in advance. There is no approval required; responsibility remains with the provider of the token.
  • How to recognize a reputable agency: an imprint with a registration number, named references, an external audit, and a disclaimer of any promise of returns.

Quick overview:
Notebook on a meeting table with a bright blockchain network and the title Let’s create tokens: 7 blockchain agencies compared

If a founder, manager, or IT manager in a startup or mid-sized company wants to bring their own token to market, they usually don't have any blockchain developers on staff.

Which crypto agency is right for you, what it costs to create a token, and what the BaFin requires from you

The questions are almost always the same: Which agency will implement a project like this? How much does it cost? And what legal obligations do we have? To this must be added the concern of relying on a provider that primarily sells marketing and is weak in terms of security or compliance.

Since July 1, 2026, the MiCAR transition period has ended across the EU; in Germany, it ended as early as the 2025/26 transition year. Anyone providing crypto services now needs a license. And anyone publicly offering a token must first submit a cryptocurrency whitepaper to the BaFin.

In the comparison of the Windows Tweaks editorial below, you will find seven providers that are implementing a tokenization project: two based in Munich, five abroad. German companies are all welcome to commission any of them; the differences lie in language, contract partners, and focus areas. The short version:

Quick overview: Which blockchain agency fits your project?

  • You want to raise capital through a token (from €1 million)? Then the Munich agency Token Ersteller is the right choice. It specializes in tokenization with a funding goal and provides support in German.
  • You need a token along with an app or platform and want to work in German? Then Blockchain Faktor from Munich is the right choice. The agency takes care of concept development, programming, and marketing from a single source.
  • You want to launch a token and make it known quickly? Then TokenMinds (Singapore) and Blockchain App Factory (India) are the candidates. Both offer launch packages with crypto marketing; the collaboration is conducted in English.
  • Do you want to tokenize real-world values or a payment infrastructure? Then the blockchain service provider Antier is the right choice. It builds enterprise systems for companies and institutions with high compliance requirements.
  • The token is only part of a larger software project? Then the software companies SoluLab and LeewayHertz are the right partners for you. They provide blockchain along with AI, apps, and individual software.

For more than 20 years, the Windows Tweaks editorial team has been writing about software, Windows, and Microsoft. For this comparison, we evaluated the information provided by the providers (website, legal notice, performance and pricing pages), public customer reviews and references, as well as expert sources from BaFin and the EU, and ranked them according to six fixed criteria. Status of the information: October 9, 2026.

Should you create tokens or build your own blockchain?

The two terms are often mixed up. A token runs on an existing blockchain like Ethereum, BNB Chain, or Solana. A smart contract determines how many tokens there are and how they behave. This takes weeks and is the right way for most companies.

You only need your own blockchain if a project requires features that existing networks do not offer. It costs significantly more, takes longer, and requires ongoing maintenance for security and operation. For this reason, this comparison focuses on agencies that implement tokens and tokenization projects.

Our analysis: six criteria for blockchain service providers

  • Scope of service: Does the provider cover the concept, smart contract, whitepaper, and platform, or only a part of them? Ask who is providing what.
  • References and experience: Are there named projects and reviews on platforms like Clutch? Specific claims like „50 projects“ gain weight with names attached to them.
  • Location, language, contract: With whom do you conclude the contract, in what language and in which time zone does the project run, and which law applies?
  • Law and compliance: Does the provider support the whitepaper, MiCAR, and the token classification, or is that solely your responsibility?
  • Cost transparency and entry point: Does the provider list fixed prices, hourly rates, or only „on request“?

The seven providers according to suitability

The order is not a ranking. Each section tells you which provider is suitable for which case. Prices are taken from provider information or from rating platforms and are indicated separately.

1st Token Creator – for tokenization projects with funding goals

Home page of token-ersteller.de
Photo: Screenshot from token-ersteller.de, as of October 9, 2026

€ liegt.

Performance: According to the provider, a full-service package: strategy, whitepaper, tokenomics, smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) on Ethereum, BNB Chain or Solana, an investor dashboard with KYC, legal structuring through a legal partner, and access to an investor network.

Strengths: German as mother tongue, a free consultation and fixed prices per phase. The provider openly mentions its target group and excludes Memecoins and projects under €1 million.

Weaknesses: The packages are designed for funding; a leaner utility token for internal use does not fit the bill. Figures such as „more than €500 million raised“ and „more than 50 projects“ are self-reported without any supporting evidence.

Location and language: Headquarters in Munich; advice provided in German. According to the legal information on both websites, Token Creator and Blockchain Factor (No. 6) are two brands of Digital Faktor GmbH; Token Creator focuses on tokenization with a funding goal, Blockchain Factor on token plus platform or app. Introduction and price: According to the provider, setup costs start at €25,000 and the total budget starts at €35,000; the duration is approximately six months until funding is secured.

Experience: The provider lists LCG Energy, Clinicall and VetAPP as references. The evaluation widget on the website shows „Excellent“; the provider does not mention a specific number.

It’s suitable if you are looking for a tokenization project with investors and German-speaking support. It’s less suitable if you need a small token without a funding goal.

2. TokenMinds – for Web3 projects with token launch and marketing

Home page of www.tokenminds.co
Photo: Screenshot from www.tokenminds.co, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: Web3 and AI agency with asset tokenization, token launch, smart contract audits, payment solutions, and a marketing department for PR, influencers, and community.

Strengths: Wide range of technology features, community building, and an affordable entry price.

Weaknesses: The provider does not uniformly mention the size of the team (30+ according to the About page, 50+ according to the blog) or the year of founding (2016 or 2017). Many comparison articles on their own blog describe TokenMinds as a stronger choice; we recommend checking the numbers mentioned there.

Location and language: Headquarters in Singapore; support in English; we could not find a German site. Introduction and price: According to the provider, it costs from 5,000 $.

Experience: The provider lists Clutch 5.0 and Trustpilot 4.3 on its blog based on 12 reviews.

It works if you plan a token launch with marketing and English is not a barrier. It works less if you need contract, support, and rights in German.

3rd edition – for companies with enterprise infrastructure and tokenized values

Home page of www.antier.com
Photo: Screenshot from www.antier.com, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: According to the provider, it develops real-value tokenization (RWA), stablecoin infrastructure, wallets, exchange software, protocols, and enterprise AI, as well as providing consulting and its own products. As clients, the website lists Mercuryo, Transak, Swift, Banxa, and Škoda.

Strengths: Strong team spirit (Revelio Labs had around 817 employees in March 2026) and experience with complex projects.

Weaknesses: The provider targets companies with a compliance focus; a small token launch is not part of the core offering. The contact page only lists Indian phone numbers.

Location and language: Headquarters in Mohali/Chandigarh (India), offices in the UK, the United Arab Emirates, the USA and Canada; English. Entry and price: Clutch $ lists an hourly rate of between 25 and 49.

Experience: On Clutch, the profile shows 48 reviews (snippet).

Neu: Am 25.

It works if your project has many components, multiple participants, and high security requirements. It works less if you are looking for a quick, small token launch.

4. SoluLab – for tokens as part of a larger product

Home page of www.solulab.com
Photo: Screenshot from www.solulab.com, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: Software house with divisions for AI, generative AI, blockchain, Web3, mobile apps, and custom software. Certifications according to the provider: ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and CMMI Level 3.

Strengths: Wide range of services from a single source and proven process certificates.

Weaknesses: Blockchain is just one of several sectors. The website lists clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Goldman Sachs without any project-related information.

Location and language: Headquarters in Los Angeles (USA), offices in New York and Ahmedabad (India); English. Start-up and price: Prices are provided by the provider upon request.

Experience: According to Techreviewer (September 2026), SoluLab is ranked on Clutch at 4.9 with 101 reviews, and on GoodFirms at 3.0 with 2 reviews. On Clutch, SoluLab appears as a paid „Featured Provider“.

Neu: Am 2.

It works if the token is embedded in a product with an app, wallet, and interface. It works less well if you want an agency specializing in tokenization with German support.

5. LeewayHertz – for AI-oriented software projects with a blockchain component

Home page of www.leewayhertz.com
Photo: Screenshot from www.leewayhertz.com, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: The homepage describes the company today as a „AI Development Company“ with AI consulting, AI development, data engineering, and software development; blockchain was previously the central focus.

Strengths: Long-standing experience (founded in 2007) and extensive knowledge of sophisticated smart-contract models.

Weaknesses: The focus has shifted towards AI; a token project is no longer the core of the offering today.

Location and language: San Francisco (USA) and Gurugram (India); English. Entry and price: According to Clutch, the minimum project size is 10,000 $ and the hourly rate is between 50 and 99 $.

Experience: On Clutch 4.7 out of 9 reviews; according to quotes, customers praise the accessibility.

Zur Einordnung: LeewayHertz gehört seit der Übernahme durch The Hackett Group vom 16. September 2024 zu dem US-Beratungskonzern, die Startseite trägt den Zusatz „A Hackett Group Company“.

It works if you want to connect blockchain with AI applications. It works less if you plan a pure token launch.

6. Blockchain Factor – for tokens plus a platform or app in the German-speaking region

Home page of blockchainagentur.de
Photo: Screenshot from blockchainagentur.de, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: Design, strategy, programming of dApps and Smart Contracts, marketing and support. According to the provider, it takes about four weeks for design and two to three months for programming.

Strengths: German, Munich headquarters and a clear process. Awards according to the website: Telekom Innovation Award, Volksbank Gründer Award, IT Innovation Prize.

Weaknesses: On the homepage, the provider does not name any reference projects by name and only describes the price as „lower than the competition“. Team size and number of projects (more than 12 experts, more than 50 projects) are self-reported figures.

Location and language: Headquarters in Munich, consulting in German. Blockchain Factor and Token Creator (No. 1) are two brands of Digital Factor GmbH; Blockchain Factor connects the token with a platform or app, while Token Creator focuses on tokenization with a funding goal. Entry and price: The homepage does not specify specific prices; interested parties apply through a form.

Experience: The website’s rating widget shows „Excellent“; the provider does not mention a specific number.

It works if you want to implement tokens and applications from a single source in German. It works less well if you want to compare prices and references publicly in advance.

7. Blockchain App Factory – for token launches with marketing and presale

Home page of www.blockchainappfactory.com
Photo: Screenshot from www.blockchainappfactory.com, as of October 9, 2026

Performance: Today a crypto marketing agency (PR, influencers, community, presale, listing marketing), followed by the development of tokens, RWA and an exchange.

Strengths: Published price tiers and case studies, for example on supply chain projects for McDonald's and Li & Fung, according to the provider.

Weaknesses: The information varies: Year of founding (2010, 2013 or 2017 depending on the source), team size (250+ according to the provider, 50 according to TechBehemoths) and number of tokens (80+ or 90+). Development costs extra.

Location and language: Chennai (India) and Singapore; English. Introduction and price: According to the provider, Growth Sprint starts at 7,500 $, the Launch Program at 15,000 $; development is individual.

Experience: Techreviewer gets 4.7; the website displays a Clutch-Verified badge.

It’s suitable if you plan a token launch with a campaign. It’s less suitable if you need in-depth technical advice in German.

What a token project costs and how it works

The process consists of six components, and each of them determines the budget:

  • Concept and tokenomics: What is the token for, how many are there, who gets them? Vague tokenomics will become expensive later on.
  • Smart Contract: For a simple token, Nextelligentia (2026) estimates 3,000 to 8,000 $, for a staking contract 10,000 to 40,000 $.
  • Audit: According to Sherlock (price reference 2026), the cost of auditing a simple ERC-20 token usually ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 $, while a DeFi protocol costs from 40,000 to 100,000 $.
  • Whitepaper and Law: Legal advice and the MiCAR whitepaper are a separate cost block.
  • Platform, Wallet, Dashboard: Staking, Vesting, KYC and Investor Dashboard drive the effort.
  • Launch and Marketing: In funding projects, marketing usually begins in the community phase before launch.

The stakes range from a five-digit amount for a slim token to six-digit sums for platforms with tokenized values (Nextelligentia lists 80,000 to 250,000 $ and more for RWA contracts). Therefore, ask for offers with the same components; otherwise, you’re comparing apples with pears.

Quite compact: What applies to token projects in Germany

  • Stablecoins: E-money tokens may only be issued by credit institutions and e-money institutions; value-referenced tokens require a BaFin license.

Legal advice does not replace that. Have your token’s classification confirmed by a law firm before placing the order.

Warning signs for providers

  • Yield promises or guarantees: Serious agencies do not promise profit from the exchange rate.
  • No legal notice or registration number: Who remains accessible in the event of a dispute?
  • Pressure from messaging groups: In August 2026, BaFin warned about WhatsApp groups that encourage people to buy tokens.
  • Confusing names: The BaFin also warns against fake tokens that misuse the names of real issuers. Our 5 warning signs for crypto scams show more typical traps.
  • No prices and no references with names: Ask about projects that you can verify.

What you should clarify internally before placing the order

A token project doesn’t end with the handing over of the code. After that, the responsibility lies with you, and that also applies to the workplace.

  • Keys and Wallets: Who can authorize transactions? Hardware wallets and separate roles prevent a single computer from becoming a risk.
  • Secured Windows workstations: Encrypted drives, current updates, and multi-factor authentication are essential on any computer that works with keys or administrative access. Our guide, "Using Windows securely and efficiently," shows you how to make the appropriate settings.
  • Code handover: Agree to receive source code, audit report, and access to contracts and accounts. Then your own team can later review or develop the code. Common tools like Hardhat rely on Node.js and also run on Windows, such as with VS Code and WSL 2. Our guide shows you how to keep such a development environment on Windows fast and clean.
  • Responsibility after launch: Who monitors the contract, who responds in the event of an incident?

FAQ: Get a token created

How much does it cost to have a token created?

It depends on the scope. For a simple token contract, Nextelligentia (2026) estimates 3,000 to 8,000 $, plus audit, legal, and marketing. According to providers, agency packages start at 5,000 $ (TokenMinds) or 25,000 € setup (Token Creator).

Do I need a license to issue a token?

For other tokens (such as utility tokens), according to BaFin, no approval is required, but a cryptocurrency whitepaper must be submitted 20 working days before the offering. Stablecoins and services such as custody or trading are subject to stricter regulations.

Has BaFin approved my whitepaper?

No. BaFin accepts the whitepaper, but does not approve it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information.

What is the difference between tokens and your own blockchain?

A token runs on an existing blockchain like Ethereum. A private blockchain is a separate network and more complex to build and operate.

May I hire an agency from abroad?

Yes, German companies are allowed to do this. Clearly state the contract language, the applicable law, the time zone, and the delivery of the source code in advance.

How do I recognize a reputable provider?

An imprint and registration number, named references, verifiable reviews, an external audit concept and the refusal to make promises of returns. The BaFin issues warnings against unauthorized offerings.

Conclusion: Which agency fits which project?

There is no one best agency; there is the one that is best suited to the case. If you want to raise capital through a token and work in German, token creators and blockchain factors are likely candidates; two brands of the same company, Digital Faktor GmbH, with different focuses. If you are looking for a token startup with marketing, TokenMinds and Blockchain App Factory are the candidates. Antier is suitable for enterprise infrastructure, SoluLab and LeewayHertz for projects where blockchain is alongside software and AI.

Get quotes from two to three providers with the same components, clarify the legal aspects and audit them beforehand, and plan the security of your own workplaces accordingly.
