Hello,
I have the following problem:
When I go to File in the photo gallery and then to Options, a tab opens with General and Import.
However, when I go to import, the card is empty, so I cannot make any settings - e.g. storage location of the images.
What can I do?
Thanks for help
Greetings
Claudia
Hello Claudia,
This is a known "problem": The import wizard remembers if it has already copied images (at an earlier point in time). It then indicates that there is nothing more to import!
But you should be able to access it via "Computer" - i.e. Windows Explorer - and move the images manually?
Does that work?
Best regards,
Sandro Villinger
