Quick overview:
If you often check your system resources and want to monitor computer performance, it is advisable to move the task manager to Autostart. It should be minimized directly in the systray at the bottom right next to the clock. This gives you convenient access to it at all times. And this is how it works:
1. In the Start menu, select the entry Execute whereupon a command line appears in which you can now enter regedit and confirm.
2. Now shimmy through the Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and click in the right-hand pane with the right mouse button. Now select New/string and now call them Task manager.
3. Now double-click on your self-created value and enter the line c:\winnt\system32\cmd.exe" /c "start" /min C:\winnt\system32\taskmgr.exe inside. It is important that you adjust the paths C:\winnt according to your individual folder structure.
After a restart, the task manager remains informative in the bar right next to the clock!
