Quick overview:
If you have some rarely or not at all used menu entries in your start menu, Windows Me tries to appear clever and hides them from the user for a better overview. However, if the user is looking for them, they have to laboriously rummage through the hidden entries - it is better to disable this useless feature straight away:
1. Right-click on the taskbar and select Properties.
2. Now remove the tick in front of Use personalized menusn and confirm with OK.
From now on you are spared the annoying menu hiding of Windows Me and you can browse through your entire start menu without any effort.
