Quick overview:
1. Right-click on Start and select Open. The following window opens:
2. Right-click on a free area in this folder and select New > Folder. Windows will now prompt you to enter a name. Select the following line and press CTRL+C:
Paper basket.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
Now right-click on your newly created folder and select Rename. Now press CTRL+V so that the text New folder is replaced by the above line.
As soon as you have pressed ENTER, the long command changes to the name Recycle Bin along with the corresponding icon.
3. Take a look at the Start menu. You will notice that the recycle bin is now located there, the contents of which you can expand as a separate menu and delete using the right mouse button.
Want more practical new entries in the Start menu? You need to do the same as above and just replace the complicated line.

Have fun with your new menus!
