Eine elegante Lösung wäre in jedem Fall die Platzierung eines dezenten Outlook Symbols in der Schnellstartleiste neben der Uhr. Um dies zu Verwirklichen gehen sie so vor:
1. You must edit the Windows registry. To do this, click on the Start menu and select Run. In the command line, enter regedit followed by a click on OK.
2. Double-click through the keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Preferences. Now right-click in the right half of the window. A menu appears in which you first select New and then DWORD value. This creates a new value, which you immediately name MinToTray.
3. Double-click on your self-created value and enter a 1.
4. Click OK to save the changes and restart your computer. The elegant and simple solution takes effect immediately!
