Fix security problem in the registry
This is a security problem in the Windows registrationwhich you can rectify as follows:
1. Click in succession on Start/Execute and type in the command line regedt32 in.
2. Now navigate through the registration points HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI and select the last folder PCIas shown in the picture.
3. Now click in the top bar on Edit/Authorization and select the entry System. Check whether under Allow two crosses are present, as shown in the screenshot.
4. now click on Advanced... and remove the tick in front of Permissions for higher-level objects.... Confirm the following message with Copy.
However, also check the box next to Permissions for all subordinate objects... and click OK.
After a restart, you can easily continue the failed driver installation.
